The Zócalo is the main plaza or square in the heart of the historic center of Mexico City. (Thanks Wiki!) And is the inspirational name for this skirt which I believe to be 100% fitting because when I Googled Zocolo, this beautiful and bright balloon photo popped up. (Love!)

I love anything high waisted and bright. The best thing about living in California is that you can wear something I dubbed ‘sheer orange creamsicle’ to important meetings because you are meeting in beach towns. And you cannot show up to a beach town looking too hot or stuffy. Which is a win-win for me!
